Building brand equity in a brand new resort.
Chileno Bay Resort & Residences (formerly named VieVage Los Cabos) is a new, contemporary resort community on the Chileno Bay, one of Cabos’ most coveted coastlines between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. This community is part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, and houses a modern, boutique hotel with an incredible amenity collection for the villa owners to use and enjoy. Our challenge was to both generate leads for the sales team, but also to create and help build equity in the Chileno Bay Resort & Residences brand.
Solution
Creating a visually stunning brand that stood out from any other.
The location could sell itself, but we had to get prospects on site to see it for themselves. Our strategy was to tell a different kind of story, both visually and in attitude, that differentiated us from the typical Cabo residential resort competitors. We helped coordinate the branding, marketing, and PR efforts for this new residential resort community including website, e-communications, print, and online advertising, signage, collateral, events, gifts, public relations, and broker efforts.
