Park Place Olde Town

In the context of what had traditionally been a “nostalgically” branded district, we had to shift the look and feel of the lifestyle offered to a younger, trendier and active lifestyle. We did this through the branding itself and new photography portraying a lively, fun place to live. We developed the identity package, website, events, collateral, advertisements and signage to launch the brand and help lease the apartments.
